Introduction to Mawidabp
Mawidabp is an internal-audit management system. It supports the full audit lifecycle: from yearly planning and risk assessment, through review execution, finding documentation, final audit reports, all the way to follow-up on corrective actions.
The underlying idea is simple: auditors and auditees work online on the same tool, with full traceability of every change, comment, and attachment. Email with loose attachments is no longer needed.
What Mawidabp does
- Full audit lifecycle: planning, execution, conclusion, and follow-up integrated in a single platform.
- Finding management: issues and improvement opportunities with status, owners, due dates, and attached evidence.
- Auditee collaboration: the auditee responds, uploads evidence, and proposes action plans from inside the system.
- Traceability: every action is logged with user, timestamp, and context. Complete activity log and audit trail.
- Multi-organization: a single user can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them without signing out.
- Integrations: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, LDAP, Power BI, and Adobe Sign.
Who this documentation is for
- Auditors, supervisors, and audit managers: how to drive the work end to end.
- Auditees: how to respond to findings assigned to you.
- Administrators: how to set up the organization, users, profiles, parameters, and notifications.
- IT teams: how to integrate Mawidabp with corporate identity, BI, and digital signatures.
